Education and Training

£130 - £140 per day

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher
  • Follow the lesson plans provided by the school and ensure continuity in learning
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to regular teachers
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the overall well-being of students
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with children and young people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to different teaching environments

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Previous experience in a teaching role is desirable

  • Strong understanding of the UK national curriculum
  • Ability to engage students and maintain a positive learning atmosphere
  • Effective classroom management skills
  • Good organisational and time management abilities
  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Additional training in special educational needs (SEN) or behaviour management
  • Work in various schools across the North West England region
  • Full-time hours with potential for occasional overtime
  • Interact with students, parents, and school staff on a daily basis
  • Adhere to school policies and procedures

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
