Education and Training

£130 - £140 Per day

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher
  • Follow the curriculum provided and ensure learning objectives are met
  • Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
  • Provide feedback to regular teachers on student progress and any issues encountered
  • Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development activities as required
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
  • Experience working in a classroom setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and environments

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Minimum of 1 year experience as a teacher or teaching assistant

  • Strong understanding of the UK education system and curriculum
  • Effective classroom management techniques
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Proficient in using technology for teaching purposes
  • Additional certifications in specific subject areas
  • Experience working with special educational needs (SEN) students
  • Experience in leading extracurricular activities or clubs

Work in various schools on a temporary basis, adapting to different classroom environments and student populations. Full-Time hours with occasional additional responsibilities outside standard school hours.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
