Salary: £130 - £140 Per day

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher
  • Follow the school's curriculum and lesson plans to ensure continuity in education
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
  • Provide feedback to regular teachers on student progress and behaviour
  • Communicate effectively with school staff and parents as necessary
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
  • Prior experience working as a teacher or educator
  • Experience in managing classroom dynamics and behaviour
  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different students
  • Organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
  • Additional training or certifications in relevant subjects
  • Experience working with diverse student populations
  • Work in a school setting following the school's schedule
  • Potential for short-notice assignments based on school needs
  • Collaborate with school staff and support student learning and development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
