The Supply Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. This includes following lesson plans, managing the classroom effectively, and ensuring a positive learning environment for all students.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience in teaching within a classroom setting
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience

- In-depth knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
- Passion for education and the development of young minds

- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
- Additional training in special educational needs (SEN) or behaviour management

The Supply Teacher will work in various schools within the North West England region, covering for absent teachers on a day-to-day or short-term basis. The role may involve working with students of different age groups and abilities, requiring flexibility and adaptability in teaching approach.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
