Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and adaptable Supply Teachers to join our team and work throughout secondary schools in the High Peak Area. As a Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity in the classroom, supporting students' education, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
  • Adapt quickly to different school environments, policies, and curricula.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Support students with their academic and personal development.
  • Collaborate with school staff and follow lesson plans when provided.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience working in a secondary school environment is preferred.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
