£130 - £140 Per day

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in the absence of regular teachers
  • Follow lesson plans provided by the school and ensure learning objectives are met
  • Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
  • Provide feedback to regular teachers on students' performance and progress
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions as required
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to different teaching environments

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Previous experience in teaching or working with students preferred

  • Strong understanding of the UK national curriculum
  • Effective classroom management techniques
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
  • Experience in multiple subject areas or age groups
  • Work in various schools within the region
  • Regular interaction with students, school staff, and parents
  • Full-time hours during school term times

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
