Key Responsibilities:

  • Support schools with their staffing absences when the usual teacher is absent
  • Be punctual and reliable

  • Adopting school behaviour and classroom management policies to ensure all pupils can thrive at school

Qualifications:

  • Fully Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Both Primary and Secondary Teachers are required
  • A relevant degree and teaching qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development.
