Education and Training

£120 - £140 Per day

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher
  • Adhere to the school's curriculum and lesson plans
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
  • Provide feedback to regular teachers on student progress
  • Complete any required administrative tasks related to teaching
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a teaching role
  • Enhanced DBS check clearance

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Minimum of 1 year experience in a teaching role

  • Strong understanding of the UK national curriculum
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
  • Additional subject-specific qualifications

The role may require flexibility in working hours and locations. The Supply Teacher will work in different schools within the region and must be able to adapt to various classroom environments.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
