Supply Teacher New

North West England, Greater Manchester, Altrincham

Contract, expected to work full-time hours

Education and Training

£120 - £140 per day

• Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students across various subjects and age groups
• Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
• Follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher or create own lesson plans when necessary
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to students, parents, and school administration
• Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Relevant teaching qualification
• Enhanced DBS check

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Prior experience in a teaching role is preferred

• Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
• Organisational skills and the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively

• Experience working as a supply teacher in a variety of educational settings
• Additional subject specialisms or qualifications

Work in school settings following the academic calendar, typically Monday to Friday during school hours

May require travel to different schools within the designated area

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
