Supply Teacher New

Are you an adaptable and enthusiastic educator looking for flexible teaching opportunities? We are seeking a dedicated Supply Teacher to join our dynamic team in our Ofsted rated 'GOOD' secondary school in the heart of Halifax.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide effective teaching and classroom management in the absence of regular teachers.
• Follow lesson plans and adapt them as needed to meet the needs of students.
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Assess student understanding and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure a smooth transition for students.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Teaching certification (or in progress).
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
