Education and Training

£120 - £140 per day

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher
  • Follow lesson plans provided by the school and ensure continuity in learning
  • Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
  • Assess student work and provide constructive feedback
  • Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and students
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Valid DBS check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to different teaching environments

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Previous experience working as a teacher or supply teacher is desirable

  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum
  • Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Additional training in special education or subject-specific areas
  • Experience working with diverse student populations

The role involves working in different schools on a temporary basis. The working hours are typically during school hours, Monday to Friday. The role may require flexibility and the ability to adapt to different teaching environments.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
