The increasing demand for Supply Teachers within Bournemouth & Poole has increased and the need for day to day supply work in Dorset has grown. Teaching Personnel are looking for passionate individuals to work within Dorset’s range of Secondary schools and be a part of the next generations educational journey.  The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, as you will have to liaise between the school office, class teachers and students. You will be required to ensure all work set is completed to a high standard.

This is an ideal opportunity for a confident, flexible, well-organised person who is considering a career in teaching or looking for a teaching role with no planning and marking required. The role may suit someone looking to gain classroom experience before applying for a PGCE or SCITT placement. Fully qualified teachers looking for a more flexible approach to teaching are welcome to apply as experience within teaching is ideal.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have the ability to work on their own initiative.
  • Educated to GCSE level in English & Maths.
  • Good communication skills and ability to clarify and explain instructions clearly.
  • Keen to learn and develop professionally.

Important details on the role:

  • Full time or part time available.
  • Pay rates range between £80-£140 per day subject to qualifications and experience.
  • Location – we work with all the schools within Bournemouth and Poole.
  • Timings- from 8.15 to 15.30 but ranges between these times depending on the school.
  • Weekly pay.
