About the Role:

As a Support Staff member, you will work closely with students to foster a positive learning environment. Your role will involve implementing personalised education plans, supporting social and emotional development, and promoting independence in daily activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

•Assist in the delivery of tailored educational programs.

•Foster social skills and encourage peer interaction.

•Provide one-on-one support to enhance learning experiences.

•Collaborate with educators and families to track progress and adapt strategies.

 

What We’re Looking For:

•Experience or background in special education, psychology, or a related field.

•Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to support learners.

•Patience, creativity, and adaptability in teaching methods.
