Key Responsibilities:

-          Offer personalised one-on-one support to students with diverse needs, including those with learning difficulties, disabilities, or behavioural challenges.

-          Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to design and implement effective interventions and support programs tailored to meet individual requirements.

-          Foster a safe and inclusive environment where students feel valued, respected, and empowered.

What We're Looking For:

-          Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational or care setting is highly desirable.

-          A compassionate and patient nature, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-          A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.

Hours: Full-time
