Position: Teacher in Engineering

Location: Northamptonshire

Are you an experienced Engineer with a passion for teaching? Do you want to inspire the next generation of innovators and problem-solvers? If so, Teaching Personnel is looking for you!

As an Engineering Teacher with Teaching Personnel, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise and enthusiasm for electronics with students who are eager to learn. You will be responsible for developing engaging lesson plans, delivering high-quality instruction, and fostering a positive learning environment.

The institution that we are currently working with is based centrally to Northampton in NN3, on a large campus with excellent facilities for Teaching and Learning. They also have great transportation links with various bus routes that travel directly to the school, as well as a large onsite car park for driver. The College has been rated a ‘Good’ College by Ofsted and is an extremely supportive environment for both staff and student

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach engineering concepts and practical skills to students at various educational levels.
  • Develop and deliver innovative lesson plans that cater to different learning styles.
  • Prepare students for exams and assessments in accordance with curriculum standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback to help students achieve their full potential.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in electronics engineering.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field. (Preferably specialising in electronics)
  • Teaching experience or a strong desire to educate and inspire young minds.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A passion for electronics and a commitment to student success.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
