Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Secondary School Teacher who is committed to inspiring pupils and fostering a love for learning. The ideal candidate will recognise and celebrate each student’s unique qualities and strengths, ensuring they feel motivated and challenged in their educational pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum, effectively monitoring and assessing student progress and development.
  • Classroom Management: Utilise strong classroom management techniques to create a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff, promoting a supportive and collaborative educational community.
  • Individualised Support: Recognise and respond to the unique needs and strengths of each student, providing tailored support to enhance their learning experience.
  • Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to continually enhance teaching skills and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
  • Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students
  • Enhanced Child only DBS
  • Registered with the Education Workforce Council
  • Right to work in the UK
