Geography Teacher – Secondary School (Basingstoke)
Start Date: November 2024
Position: Full-time, Long-term

We are seeking an enthusiastic Geography Teacher to join a secondary school in Basingstoke. The successful candidate will teach Geography across the age and attainment range at both Key Stage 3 and 4, helping students develop an understanding of the world and its physical and human processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging Geography lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
  • Foster curiosity and understanding of global and environmental issues
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Geography Teachers
  • ECTs (Early Career Teachers) qualifying this year are encouraged to apply
  • Unqualified teachers with relevant experience are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
