An exciting opportunity has arisen at a vibrant and dynamic secondary school in Bicester, Oxfordshire, which proudly holds an Ofsted rating of GOOD. The school is eagerly seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher of Maths to join their successful and thriving Mathematics Department from September 2024.

The Role:
As a Teacher of Maths, you will:
*
Deliver engaging and dynamic lessons across the Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and potentially Key Stage 5 Mathematics curriculum.
*
Utilise innovative teaching methods and digital resources to enhance student learning and outcomes.
*
Participate in and contribute to the department’s planning, resource development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
*
Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a teacher and mentor.
*
Engage actively with parents and guardians to maximise student achievement and well-being.

Requirements:
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK or an equivalent internationally recognised qualification.
*
A degree in Mathematics or a closely related field.
*
Experience teaching Mathematics at secondary level, demonstrating a track record of successful student outcomes.
*
Ability to create an inclusive learning environment that fosters curiosity and a love of learning.
*
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*
Commitment to continuous professional development and innovation in teaching practices.
*
A strong commitment to the school’s ethos, values, and mission.
