Are you passionate about inspiring creativity and helping young people express themselves through the arts? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dynamic Performing Arts Teacher to work in schools across Northampton, making a real difference in students’ lives.

About the Role:

Position: Performing Arts Teacher (Drama, Dance, Music)

Location: Schools across Northampton

Contract Type: Full-time, Part-time, or Supply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver (and sometimes plan) engaging and inspiring performing arts lessons across a range of key stages
  • Foster a love of creativity and self-expression in students
  • Tailor lessons to meet the needs of a diverse student body
  • Work with schools to support extracurricular performances, productions, and events

Requirements:

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent experience
  • A strong background in Drama, Dance, Music, or Performing Arts
  • Passion for working with young people and encouraging their development
  • Flexibility to work across multiple schools
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities
