TP-Tutors is actively seeking experienced tutors, including retirees, to provide English and Maths tuition in the Medway and surrounding areas. As a 1:1 tutor, you'll have the opportunity to create tailored catch-up programs for children in care or those currently not attending school.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent
• Experience working with either primary or secondary aged children
• Enthusiasm, engagement, and resilience

Desirable qualifications and experiences include:

• Previous experience in 1:1 tuition
• Dealing with challenging behaviours
• Understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) or a willingness to learn
