  • Classroom Management: Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages positive behavior and active learning.
  • Parental Engagement: Communicate effectively with parents and carers to foster a supportive learning community.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the school's collaborative culture.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience in early years or primary education
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS and KS1 curriculum
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
