Teaching Personnel have an exciting opportunity to work with a Secondary School based In New Ferry. The school are on the lookout for dynamic and creative teachers to join our alternative education community. If you’re passionate and have a love for learning, embracing diversity, and encouraging students to think beyond the traditional, we want to hear from you.

The school support approximately 25 pupils ages 11-16 years, to ensure that they can provide ample opportunities for children who need a nurturing, encouraging and supportive environment.

About you: 

  • Teachers – to hold, or be willing to work towards, QTS/QTLS 
  • Tutors – to have a degree or equivalent and be willing to work towards a teaching qualification. 
  • Proven track record of raising attainment, supporting behavioural challenges and demonstrating high levels of pastoral care. 
  • Enthusiastic about alternative education methodologies 
  • A commitment to holistic student development 
  • Ready to bring fresh ideas and creativity to the classroom and outside it 
  • Passionate about making a positive impact on students’ lives
