Role Overview:
As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and innovative lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our children. You will inspire a love for learning while providing a supportive and nurturing classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-          Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that align with the National Curriculum.

-          Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to support their development.

-          Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation.

-          Differentiate instruction to meet the varying needs and abilities of children.

-          Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and contribute to school initiatives.

-          Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of children’s progress and school events.

-          Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and academic growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

-          Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

-          Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, with a strong understanding of the curriculum.

-          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-          Strong organizational and time management abilities.

-          A commitment to continuous professional development and improvement.
