Job Advert: Year 2 Class Teacher – January 2025 Start

Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking to inspire and support young learners? We are seeking an enthusiastic Year 2 Class Teacher to join our vibrant and welcoming school community starting in January 2025.

As a Year 2 Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Inspire and challenge pupils to reach their full potential
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
  • Use a range of assessment strategies to track progress and inform teaching
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support each child’s development
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience or passion for working with KS1 pupils
  • Strong classroom management skills and a creative approach to teaching
  • A commitment to ensuring all pupils make excellent progress
  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
  • A supportive and friendly school with a strong community ethos
