Join TP Tutors and support students with special educational needs (SEN) in Maths, English, and/or Science.

We are looking for educators in Southampton and across Hampshire to work with young people who aren’t currently accessing mainstream school, to work 1:1 with them as a tutor!

Role Details:

  • Provide personalised 1:1 support either in-person or online, at schools or homes.
  • Have experience working with children or young people with SEN/ SEMH needs.
  • Being able to bridge the gaps in a young persons education.
  • Able to plan and deliver engaging core academic sessions, tailored to the pupil’s learning level.
  • Assessing and track the pupils progress to achieve their desired learning outcomes and provide feedback.

Requirements:

  • Hold QTS/PGCE certification.
  • Preferably have experience with SEN students.
  • Flexible schedule and a passion for making a difference.
