We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of students, ensuring a safe and stimulating educational environment.

  • Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help.
  • Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN) in achieving their learning goals.
  • Assist in the assessment and tracking of student progress.
  • Participate in school events and extracurricular activities as required.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to create an inclusive and supportive atmosphere.
  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
  • A relevant qualification in education or childcare (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant Certificate) is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A patient and empathetic approach to working with children.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
