About the Role:
As a Supply Teaching Assistant with Smile Education, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of primary schools, supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons. You will provide essential support to students, helping them with their learning, social skills, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons and supporting students’ learning.
• Providing one-to-one or small group support to children who may need extra help.
• Helping to maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
• Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and ensuring their inclusion in activities.
• Supervising children during lunch and break times when required.

• A passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
• Previous experience in a Teaching Assistant role or working with children (preferred but not essential).
• Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (desirable).
• A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to working in a classroom setting.
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
