Nene Education Trust is dedicated to providing excellent education and support to students. The Nene schools are welcoming and committed to student success. They are looking for passionate Teaching Assistants to join their Nene schools that are located across Rushden & Raunds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the classroom teacher with lessons and activities.
  • Support individual students and small groups.
  • Help manage the classroom and prepare materials.
  • Encourage and support students' social and emotional growth.
  • Monitor and report on student progress.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role is preferred.
  • Passion for education and helping students succeed.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. Teaching Assistant certificate) are a plus.
