We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team and support pupils in Key Stage 2 at a school in Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced educators and make a positive impact on children's learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to pupils
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support pupils with additional needs as required

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children, ideally in a school setting
- A passion for helping children succeed academically and personally
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A patient and caring approach
- A willingness to learn and grow in the role
