Job Title: Mental Health Support Worker
Location: Wigan and surrounding areas
Salary: £83.85 - £100 per day
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you passionate about mental health and eager to support young individuals in a school environment? Teaching Personnel are working with various Wigan Secondary Schools who are seeking compassionate Mental Health Support Workers to help students navigate emotional challenges and develop positive mental health strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in mental health, counselling, or related fields.
  • Strong empathy and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with students experiencing emotional distress.
  • Commitment to promoting mental health awareness.

Qualifications:

  • Mental health or counselling qualification preferred.
  • Experience in working with children or adolescents.
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
