Teaching Assistant Position: Support for SEN Learners

Are you experienced in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) throughout primary and secondary education? Have you worked in specialist settings with children who have Additional Learning Needs? Our specialist SEN branch in Norwich is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to work with pupils with Autism in the North Norfolk and West Norfolk areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with pupils while adhering to ECHP guidance.
  • Implement tailored interventions to meet individual needs.
  • Adapt lesson plans to accommodate diverse learning requirements.
  • Foster positive behaviours and personal development.
