ARE YOU AN ENTHUSIASTIC INDIVIDUAL WANTING TO SUPPORT PUPILS WITH THEIR LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT?

• DBS on update service
• Experience working within a school setting is advantageous
• Provide professional references covering last 24 months

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage own workload
• Work in collaboration with class teacher(s)
• Passion for education and an understanding of how secondary schools work
• Ability to adapt to various situations that may arise

• Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons under their guidance and leadership
• Assist with classroom management
• Provide one-on-one support to students
• Help with administrative tasks as needed.
• Escalating concerns to appropriate members of staff
• Adhere to schools policies and procedures
• Understand needs of pupils within the class and engage with them well

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
