We are currently seeking partnerships with schools and academies to provide comprehensive support in recruiting graduate teaching assistants and cover supervisors.

Graduate Teaching Assistant Role: As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students within the classroom. Your responsibilities will include assisting individual students or small groups, utilising advanced knowledge in education. Additionally, you will demonstrate valuable transferable skills such as patience, understanding, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff. By offering guidance and support, you will help students thrive academically and personally.

Cover Supervisor Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will step in during teacher absences to maintain a productive learning environment. This will involve leading the classroom, managing student behaviour, and providing additional support to students who require assistance with their assignments. This role offers valuable experience in classroom and behaviour management, as well as individual student support, making it an excellent steppingstone for those considering a career in education.

  • Starting after the Easter Break - April 2024.
  • Competitive daily rate: £77 - £85.
  • Working closely with dedicated consultants who will provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the process.
