Position Overview: As a Full-Time Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students’ learning and well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Classroom Support: Collaborating with teachers to assist in planning, development, and delivery of the curriculum.
2. Student Engagement: Providing one-on-one or small group support to students during lessons.
3. Behavior Management: Promoting positive behavior and maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.
4. Optional Extras: to give you an edge against the competition!
   • First Aid Skills: If you’re first aid trained, you’ll be well-prepared to handle any health-related situations.
   • British Sign Language (BSL): If you have BSL qualifications, you’ll have an edge in effective communication with Deaf students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
