Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are working with a number of mainstream schools in and around Bristol, who are seeking full time teaching assistants to join their staffing teams. The role will be 5 days a week.

The role would be working 1:1 with children with special educational needs who require support with their learning throughout the school day.

What you need:

-          Experience working with children with special educational needs

-          Strong regard for pupil safety- and well being

-          Good ability to manage behaviour

-          Reliable and committed to the role

-          Approachable and adaptable

The Role:

-          Full time and Part time role

-          Term 5 and 6

-          8:30- 3:30

-          Start date is ASAP.

Responsibilities:

-          Supporting within the classroom whenever needed

-          Ensure pupil is engaged.

-          Adapt to the childs needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
