A prestigious secondary pupil referral unit in Manchester is seeking a skilled and compassionate Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant to join their team for a September start. Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing one-on-one support to students with behavioural difficulties, helping them to overcome barriers to learning.
  • Implementing behaviour management strategies and interventions to promote positive behavioural change.
  • Assisting teachers in planning and delivering tailored learning activities to meet the individual needs of students.
  • Building positive relationships with students, empowering them to achieve their full potential.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience working with students with behavioural challenges in an educational setting.
