Qualifications and Skills

Whether you're a recent graduate or a highly experienced Teaching Assistant, we welcome your application. While a Level 2 or 3 qualification is preferred, it is not essential. Relevant experience working with children, such as youth workers, support workers, or tutors, will be considered advantageous. A working knowledge of inclusion and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) is also beneficial.

Responsibilities

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the classroom, supporting both teachers and students. Your duties may include:

• Supervising classroom activities and ensuring a conducive learning environment.
• Providing additional support to pupils who require learning assistance.
• Conducting one-on-one or focus group sessions with students.
• Supervising students during lunch or break times.
