Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and supportive Teaching Assistant to work with primary students in the Cranbrook/Rockbeare area.

This full-time, temporary role, with the potential for a permanent placement, offers the chance to significantly impact young learners' academic and social development.

Responsibilities include assisting with academic work, preparing classroom materials, managing behavior, supporting students with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND), supervising during break times, and maintaining effective communication with teachers, parents, and staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with primary-aged children, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
