We are currently collaborating with a client school in Beverley, urgently seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with additional needs. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to positively impact a student's educational journey.

  • Location: Beverley
  • Commencement: September 2024
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
  • Responsibilities: Provide support to a pupil in lower key stages, focusing on meeting emotional needs and academic progress.
  • Patient and Caring: Put the child's best interests at heart, ensuring a supportive and nurturing environment.
  • Energetic and Adaptive: Ability to engage with and support the pupil's needs, including movement and active participation.
  • Experience: Previous experience working with children with SEN, facilitating academic progress, and managing challenging behaviors preferred.
  • Background: Experience in similar roles within Primary Schools, nursery settings, or health and social care backgrounds.
  • This role will be initially paid through Teaching Personnel until July 2024.
  • The right candidate will have the option to transition to a permanent contract after the academic year.
