Calling all Teaching Assistants!

Due to an increase in demand, new and exciting positions have opened up in the Spilsby area for Primary School Teaching Assistants who would benefit from the variety and flexibility of supply placements. We have roles starting in the new academic year, covering EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.

The type of work you undertake will be varied in line with your skills and expertise, including (but not limited to) small group academic interventions/boosters, 1-1 behavior or emotional needs support, and supporting younger pupils in the Early Years provisions of schools we partner with.

The Role

The ideal candidate will be willing to work on a full-time basis, with access to their own vehicle being advantageous. Assisting the teacher, you will motivate, support, and encourage a diverse and ever-evolving classroom, facilitating their needs and development, and recording observations to report back to the teacher.

While the specific hours will align with school opening times (08:30-15:30), candidates need to be available five days a week. Though the workdays can sometimes be just mornings or afternoons, we require full availability to meet the flexible demands of our placements.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
