Teaching Assistant New

Yorkshire and the Humber, West Yorkshire, Leeds

Temporary, expected to work Part-Time hours

£130 - £180 Per day

• Supporting classroom activities and assisting the teacher in delivering lessons
• Providing one-to-one support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities
• Helping to create educational resources and maintain a safe and tidy learning environment
• Supervising students during break times and outings

Level 3 childcare qualification

Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Patience and empathy when working with students
• Basic knowledge of child development and educational practises

Work will primarily be conducted within a school setting, following school hours and term dates

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
