Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:45am - 15:15pm (term time only)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Primary School Teaching Assistant to work through Teaching Personnel at a primary school in Lincoln. This role offers a valuable opportunity to impact students' educational experiences. For the right candidate, there is potential to secure a direct contract with the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging learning activities.
• Assist in preparing classroom resources and setting up educational activities.
• Provide one-on-one support to students who need extra help.
• Help create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements:

• Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and supporting their education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
