  • Supporting teachers in delivering educational programmes
  • Assisting students with their learning activities
  • Helping to create a positive learning environment
  • Providing one-on-one support to students as needed
  • Assisting with classroom management
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Experience working with children or young adults
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths

Previous experience working with children or young adults

  • Understanding of educational principles
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Patience and empathy when working with students
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • First Aid certification

This role involves working in a school environment, following the school calendar and term times. It may require standing for extended periods and interacting with students of varying ages and abilities.
