Teaching Assistant- The Role  
 
In the heart of Maidstone, a Secondary School are on the hunt for a Teaching Assistant to start in September. This is a permanent position for the perfect Teaching Assistant. The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious Teaching Assistant who is keen to add value to an expanding their department. The school is renowned for their supportive SLT, and impressive Progress 8 results across all subjects. The school are well invested into the Education sector setting new teaching practices, as well as training their own and new staff. It's an exciting time at the school! For this Teaching Assistant role, the school ideally would like someone with experience engaging with KS2/KS3 children and managing behaviour.
