We are looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team and help deliver targeted interventions in Maths and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide focused support in Maths and English to students requiring additional assistance.
  • Assist in planning and delivering tailored intervention programs.
  • Work one-on-one or with small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
  • Support classroom activities and help maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop strategies to support student learning.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
  • Experience in delivering Maths and English interventions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, empathetic, and capable of building positive relationships with students.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
