Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting a Special Educational Needs TA to join a diverse 3 form entry Primary school in the Gorton (M18) area of Manchester.

The school is setting up a brand new SEN provision unit within the school that will have 4 separate classes with varying needs and ages.

This is an exciting new opportunity for the right candidate and will involve:

  • Supporting pupils with complex needs in a mainstream environment
  • Building a maintaining strong working relationships with pupill and integrating them into their new school
  • Providing tailored support for specific needs in the classes
  • Promoting the inclusion and acceptance of all children
  • Providing regular feedback on the pupils progress to both SLT and parents

To be considered must have experience supporting primary aged children with complex Special Educational Needs and most of all be enthusiastic and committed with a positive attitude. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
