Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support primary-aged children with Special Educational Needs in Exmouth.

This role involves working with children who may have challenging behavior, Autism, ADHD, and/or social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges.

Requirements:
- A genuine passion for supporting children in their care.
- Confidence in supporting students both 1:1 and in small groups.
- Ability to tailor teaching approaches to accommodate each child’s unique learning needs.
- Team Teach or equivalent training is an advantage but not essential.

While this role can be challenging, it is incredibly rewarding, especially when celebrating small milestones with the children.

We offer both full-time and day-to-day roles, providing flexibility to suit your needs.

There is also the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful probation period. Teaching Personnel offers competitive pay based on experience, ongoing CPD training, and the support of a Recruitment Consultant who will actively represent you.
