Teaching Assistant Expiring soon

Teaching Personnel is looking to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support primary-aged children in Ottery St Mary. In this role, you will work closely with students, providing them with the individualised support they need to thrive in their learning environment.

Requirements:
- A genuine passion for supporting children in their education.
- Confidence in working with students both 1:1 and in small groups.
- The ability to adapt your teaching approach to meet each child’s unique learning needs.
- Relevant experience or training is an advantage but not essential, as training can be provided.

While this role can be challenging, it is incredibly rewarding, especially when you see the progress and milestones achieved by the children you support. We offer both full-time and day-to-day roles, giving you flexibility in your work schedule. There is also the potential for a permanent position following a successful probation period. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
