A Primary School in Salisbury is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. This role is offered through Teaching Personnel, the UK's leading education recruitment agency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and provide one-on-one or small group support to students who may need additional help.

- Help maintain a positive learning environment by managing behavior and ensuring students remain engaged.

- Assist in preparing learning materials and setting up classroom activities.

- Support the social and emotional development of students, fostering a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere.

- Carry out various administrative duties such as record-keeping and helping with the organization of school events.

Requirements:

A valid Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to apply for one

A passion for working with children.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
