Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant passionate about making a difference in secondary education? Teaching Personnel are working closely with several secondary schools in the Gosport area that are looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to provide essential support to students in need, both in group settings and on a 1:1 basis.

 

  • Provide support to students in the classroom, working alongside teachers to enhance learning experiences and manage behaviour.
  • Offer additional help to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or behavioural challenges.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with students and staff through effective communication.
  • Bring patience, empathy, and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential.
  • Be adaptable and willing to work across different year groups and meet varying student needs.
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or a similar role within education.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the overall classroom environment.
  • A passion for working with children, particularly those who may require additional guidance and support.
